Have heard that ECU are struggling for numbers to get a 2nd team up and running.
Makes you question why they’ve been allowed to nominate and pull a side for the 2nd year in a row

Most clubs would be struggling for numbers for their bottom team at this time if the year. Players will start coming out if the woodwork over the next few weeks with the season getting closer. Clubs with strong experienced administration will know this and not panic. The clubs with weak inexperienced administration will panic and drop teams. 

I really hope Kenwick can bounce back, use to be a real power house club back in the Sunday league days and were feared by most clubs. You definitely felt those bruises after playing those guys that’s for sure!
do they still have a colts?

Its surprising Kenwick down to 1 team, but I guess thats footy.
Their Colts are very good, with some really good numbers. 

Armadale also dropping back to one team. I know they have some very good colts players and were unlucky to loose the GF, hopefully those blokes stick around to help the club in the long run.

Any good scratchies of note for this weekend, 

It is a massive risk for these clubs to go E Grades . Most decent players won’t go and play at clubs in such a low grade so the clubs will loose out on good players who would leave there clubs or would not look at going to an E Grade club. Also not having a reserves severely will dilute a clubs strength and ability to recruit new players. Clubs might get a bit of short term success in the E Grades but there will be alot of long term pain. Lynwood are a classic example as they are now stuck in the E Grades as they just can’t recruit players needed to get to 2 teams.

Unfortunately for Armadale they wont be fielding a colts team this year.
 

Is it St Norbert’s that have pulled out of C 1 this week leaving C 1 with 9 teams.
