Essendon have been found guilty of doping, all 34 players will serve 12 month bans due to back dating, are you still in a good place Hirdy lol.

Also awaiting Bruce's opinion on this, despite your opinion on him.

Now you are in a "I Told you so"mood, why don't you pay him a visit? ;)[/quote

My understanding is that the CAS is the last appeal possible. Perhaps litigation by the players against the club, Hird and the AFL maybe.

Finally HANDS OFF THE WAFL PLAYERS ESSENDON.

Well there will be no appeal the players will serve out their sentence, and there will probably be 34 law suits coming Essendons way from the players this has the potential to ruin Essendon.

Jobe will probably have to hand back Chas and there's talk he may retire, at the end of the day he's not a captains arsehole.

Former Essendon Players currently on WAFL lists impacted by this ban are Cory Dell’Olio (South Fremantle), Leroy Jetta (Peel Thunder) and Brendan Lee (East Perth).

Wada has spoken. Pity James Hird wasn't included.
Of the 2012 Essendon list, sixteen are still on the list. Twelve are disqualified. Zaharakis did not participate leaving Jackson Merrett, Mark Baguley & Courtney Dempsey who all must have also not participated. Would expect legal action now for compensation on loss of income, pain & suffering. Hird must also be banned from any position at any club. But there's a new chemist at the club & would expect him to be clean after being with the Eagles.
Watson, Stanton & Hocking will probably retire. Might barrack for Saints as their name sounds CLEAN. Wot a bugger, thanks JAMES, "IS DON , IS DONE.

Well karma has finally taken it's toll, but on the players not Hird you oversaw all this carnage and who is still in complete denial that what he did was morally and ethically wrong. He would have been better staying quiet after this decision.

I feel little pity for the senior players like Watson but I do feel for the younger fellows who would have been under enormous pressure to toe the line and in fear of not complying. Those other clubs who took a big chance signing up ex Don's players like Port will be regretting their decisions, in their case lose 2 quality players in Ryder and Moncrief.

It will now be interesting to see where Essendon go to fill their list, SANFL, WAFL, VFL can expect to be raided big time, they should make sure their players are properly contracted for at least the next 12 months.

Woosha has really accepted a poisoned challis, but went in with eyes open.

CAS should have rubbed Hird and Dank out of any sport for life. We all know Dank is a germ and a facilitator of cheating but this also confirms Hird is a shit stain on the game of footy.

After new revelation that positive tests for TB-4 are revealed in the findings the verdict can't be argued and in my opinion bans had to be put in place as a future deterrent even if I do have huge sympathy for the players who have been misled. Would expect the players to sue the club and Dank for misleading them with regards to the consent forms they signed. They didn't sign on for non compliant supplements ie TB-4 so would expect they will claim they have been poisoned and have been knowingly deceived by Dank and club. Doesn't help them with regards to playing football. We'll be hearing and reading of the fall out from this decision until 2020+ and i'm expecting it will cost the AFL system hundreds of milions directly and indirectly once the lawyers get involved on behalf of the players ...worst case scenario for all with vested interests except the legal fraternity of course.....this is where those concerns of Bruce Francis will be tested in the courts in seeking negligence from players towards club and AFL and hopefully Dank and Robinson will finally be held accountable.

Kudos PN, you were spot on all along. Puts all arguments to bed. Hird still living in denial. He has to go down as the biggest fall from grace to a disgrace in Australian sporting history. Hird can now sit comfortably right alongside Lance Armstrong. He has brought the game into disrepute, ruined the careers of 34 footballers and ruined the club that gave him a wonderful playing career.
