This message appeared on Senator Hanson-Young’s Facebook page recently…is she just as mental as the Lindt Café terrorist?
What idiots elected her to represent Australians, & why are we paying her salary from OUR taxes?



The message:
“We are absolutely devastated to learn of the tragic end to the hostage incident in Sydney. We extend our greatest sympathies and thoughts to all those affected by this incredible tragedy.
To the family and friends of the gunman, police and health workers, and to anyone around the nation watching at home impacted by this morning’s tragic events our hearts go out to you.
It is critical that the nation comes together today.
The ultimate victim here was Man Haron Monis, a refugee fleeing persecution in Iran who came to this country in the hope of starting a new life.
The mental health system failed him. It was inevitable that a peace-loving Muslim, let down by a cruel government would turn violent and lash out at a racist society.
The GP co-payment that the government threatened to introduce might have triggered this tragic incident. It’s the Abbott Government’s fault.
But let’s not point any fingers of blame. This is the time for healing.
We should comfort one another and open our arms in warm embrace to all peace-loving people regardless of faith, race, mental state or nationality except political ideology.
We commend the courage and professionalism of the police and other emergency services involved.
And please don’t forget to vote Greens at the next election.”
She mentions “the family and friends of the gunman” FIRST, but NOT the family and friends of the Australian hostages, or the murdered victims.
This woman is using the terrorist attack in Sydney as an election campaign for her agenda to increase the influx of refugee terrorists into our country!!
Disgusting !! Get rid of her - NOW would not be soon enough!!

this woman has lost the plot. i'm surprised main stream media didn't pick it up or did they? wasn't she complaining a little while ago that her facebook page had been hacked...maybe this is what she was going on about. I don't quite recall but she is a loony tune and wouldn't surprise me if it is genuine and if it is then she is a national disgrace.

Just another of those who i suspect have never lived in the real world, just an acdemic type environment ( i stand corrected ). These people everything for everybody...sorry love in the real world that aint ever gunna happen.

if you go on her website she emphatically denies the commenst and claimed they've been falsified..so I guess we give her the benefit of the doubt on this one but I also recall she was the one who called for the Australian Navy to sail into Indon ports, load them up with asylum seekers and transport them back to Oz as though they're on a cruise...so I think we can all be forgiven for jumping to conclusions.

I just read that if these morons go overseas and fight for IS in Syria then come back here and they're Oz citizens, we must accept them back because we're a signatory to the 1961 UN Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness. For mine it's about time we revisited these bloody conventions including the UNHCR and made some hard decisions on whether we still want to be a part given most are over 40 years old. It's pretty obvious to me that anyone who leaves this country and choose to fight for IS should have their passport cancelled and forced to stay where they are.

The pricks are enemies of our country, yet we welcome them back to continue to pick up all the benefits of living in Oz...WTF??? Another example of political correctness gone mad.
