I agree, if Tippett and Reid can stand up and boot goals they can still do it, but my fear is the fragile mid field, and lack of Parker and Jack.

From memory the last time Sydney played a final in Perth against the Dockers, they were injury ravaged. This time it isn't quite as bad as that but its not far off. Even if Franklin was playing I think Freo would win. I just don't see the Swans as good as last year. Freo have been average for a while, but I think they will get the job done quite easily.
I cant separate the Eagles and Hawks in this one. I can see reasons for both sides winning, and the margin last time was very close. Probably Hawks to win?
As for the bottom four, its a raffle. Bulldogs have been great, but I think the Crows will get them by a few goals. They have the big forwards and Eddie Betts. I will go for North to beat Richmond because I hope we can. And having 10 or so key players back fresh might help. But who knows. All in all Id say 3 games are hard to tip. But I expect the Dockers to get it done.

I really like the Dockers preparation this year, from go to wo. I think they are cheery ripe coming into the finals after being flattened on the track since mid season and tapering off two weeks out. The only concern I have now is Fyfe, is he up to the final few games or not? Soon find out, otherwise Freo have a very healthy list who are experienced and hard.

Agree with you BC re Parker, but his form did drop off in the latter half of the season, possibly getting a harder tag. Hanneberry I have always rated and he is having a super year, Dockers need to close him down, which Hawks did well to in GF last year, by just smashing him everytime he got the ball in the first quarter, then like a lot of his mates on that day was AWOL

I have reread the posts on this thread and most people seem to be saying that Fremantle will win comfortably. I am confused with your comments

I do agree with your later post though Freo have been making fast starts the last few games, need to capitalise on that again.
