According to the article 70% goes to West Perth and 30% goes to "East Perth". It is also reported in the article that "West Perth expect that at least 1,000 Swan Districts fans will attend the colts (sic) and reserves (sic) preliminary finals."

The two crowd figures suggested for tomorrow are 10,000 and 7,000. Further the article indicates that with a crowd of 7,000 the net gate revenue would be about $140,000. With that scenario why does Swans get nothing from providing one-seventh of the total crowd?

this is fascinating stuff 42...how would you determine how much each club received? Subi had its reserves side playing so would it get the same as say WP, or FART or WART who also had one side playing on the day? and would your beloved bogans get twice as much because they had two sides playing? this is fantastic...I can't wait to see how it would all work... :silly:

BC whilst I don't suggest that the clubs that have the lower grade teams in the finals I think it would be reasonable for a set % of the gate takings, net, for the colts' teams and reserves' teams. Sound reasonable BC?

OK, so EF v SD at bogan oval - gate is 5000. There's 2500 EF supporters, so they get 50% of the gate takings? FFS mate, you've lost any sense of reality.

58s what a complete and utter non sequitur.

Once again I've got NFI what you're talking about swan. Perhaps if you wrote understandable English, we'd be able to debate topics.

58S may I respectfully suggest that you purchase a reputable dictionary if you are having trouble understanding my above quote. I can also provide you will a list of books I recommend that you read. Please let me know if you would like a list of books that I have read and enjoyed. As a starter I would recommend A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens or any Agatha Christie novel.

Thanks for the advice swan, but I have plenty of reference material including our mate Roget. Problem is, I just can't be bothered to use it to decode your claptrap for a footy chat site. . However, I have read the Reader's Digest abridged version "A Tale of One City" Other than that, I'm not sure I'd like to read the books you do :) I think we have digressed from the thread...enough of that.

Marcus Clarke: For the Term of his Natural Life
Rolf Boldrewood: Robbery Under Arms
Anton Chekhov: The Lady with the Dog
Evelyn Waugh: The Loved One
Edgar Allan Poe: The Fall of the House of Usher & The Pit and the Pendulum
Umberto Eco: The Name of the Rose

Hey Swan42 while your on the subject of reading here's some recommendations from me to you

SDFC annual report including profit & loss statement 2010
SDFC annual report including profit & loss statement 2011
SDFC annual report including profit & loss statement 2012
SDFC annual report including profit & loss statement 2013
SDFC annual report including profit & loss statement 2014

I'm sure after readings these reports you will be fully conversant with the assistance your club has received from the ATO and the WAFC. Enjoy

PS I noticed not long after I was banned from this site in June (still waiting for an explanation despite 2 requests via email) Mark Olsen posted on the assistance/concessions SDFC received from the ATO. So if you're still in denial perhaps have a chat with him.

Have a great day :)

can you please clarify for all the tax payers on here what you mean buy the ATO giving Swans assistance and concessions ?

All the ATO did is what they do for a lot of organiations and individuals is come to an arrangement about the repayments.

how does that mean they were given assistance or concessions ?

And what assistance were Swans given from the WAFC ?

You will have to excuse Clearview boys as he has been a delusional character for some 37 years now ..got his hopes up high in 2010 only to fall flat on his face ...1978 must seem like a lifetime ago since EPs last flag!! :)

Clear View how pathetic and puerile. You have been given the opportunity on this forum, privately and publically, to provide the information regarding your allegations of ATO and WAFC financial assistance to the SDFC treasure Paul Douglas. The fact that you haven't availed yourself of this opportunity SPEAKS VOLUMES.

The vernacular "put up or shut up" is very much apposite at this point in time. Send a PM to me and I will pass on Paul Douglas's email so you can provide the information you allegedly have.
