congrats to the WA boys on their performance today v Vic Metro.....been a tough carnival for the team especially since the first up SA win.....sounds like a stirring last quarter got the team over the line......big ask v Vic Country in the last game next week but hey nothing to lose.....good to see EF Luke Strnadica and Ollie Parish kick a few goals.....whilst standout midfield performances from SD Hackett, WP Hinchcliffe and SF Ah-Chee......does anyone know who played on Silvagni this match, he cut WA up last time with six goals from memory.....

Agree Freezin good to see the U18 WA team have a win.

I think that you are being very harsh and perhaps a little nonsesical.

The 18's is picked on merit, there are always some arguments about this boy or that but if you watch enough colts games you know who is or who isn't upto the next step into that group.

The coaches are the best available, not necessarily the best but unless you want to pay money for fulltime coaches then you have to put up with folk who have other responsibilities. I have had soemthing to do with Clint Ernst and Steve Armstrong and I would suggest that they are the right people for the jopbs they have!

I think that there is an issue, and it is heresay so please accept it as that! My understanding is that the 18's are presented with a fair bit of razzamatazz about afl players, look at this one look at the others, where the VIC's pretty well ignore that and focus on the fact that you are playing for VIC metro or Country, same as the Croweaters.

I think that we need to stop the AFL pathway focus and make it a WA focus, the WAFL oh and if you are really lucky you might get drafted rather than the other wat around.

You only need look at the number of boys lost after 18's and colts who don't get drafted and see that as the end of their careers. The caeer progression should be colts, 18's, WAFL and then after a season draft.
