There are some brilliant players in the WAFL this year. Youngsters too! Think of Taryce Stewart, Max Walters, Corey Byrne, Zac Langdon and Gordon Narrier....will the WA public come and watch them?......not a bloody chance

The young fella Zareth Roe from Perth showed he had an enormous leap in Round 1 as well, I wouldnt be surprised if he put in a contender at some point in the season.
Notte, Bennell, Ugle, Stewart & Cary are all capable of taking speccies for us or have done in the last year or 2.

Gordon Narrier took a Darn good grab yesterday.The more,the merrier.

Narrier looks even better with picking the ball up from ground level...reminds me of Roo Matera a little in this department...hope he how's on with for the comps sake...looks a real talent

To give credit where it is due, I was impressed with the write up of the game by Dale Miller in this mornings West. He summarised the key points of the match pretty well I thought and unlike some of the other WAFL reports I have seen in the paper, it actually read like Dale was physically at the game rather than looking at a website and basing his article on this. Well done!

Just saw a replay of the mark on the WAFL FB, good mark but Jesus guys calm down, wouldn't have even made the top 5 last year and had hands on shoulders so not really a mark.

Great mark but Bennell actually took mark in a horizontal position,thus losing its nose bleeding height....not as high as some folk are making out here....

Totally agree with southerner, Saunders mark is way better than Bennells...
