Wow - Been sunnying myself for 4 months, and come back to this debacle. Shame on you EFFC Board to let this happen to the club. Embarrassing . I am of the understanding, from a source in Karratha no less, that there is a guy from the WAFC on the selection panel plus a physcologist. Maybe he could go over the current board and coaching staff as well. !! Half the Nunnuts who select the coach may not be there next year, so what a great crisis we have. And, there is a lot they aint telling you...?? Lots of members aint coming back either.

I think Haselbys coaching experience at SF has scarred him for life and vice versa...closing date is next Friday, PLENTY of time for folk to put their hand up.....

So what happens if no one applies? Does anyone think it will go straight to Brennan?
My Godfathers, i can’t believe that absolutely no one has applied. I think that the list on paper is ok, the kids coming through are ok. The facilities are p poor, but there are still some plusses in the job. Is this an indictment on the board? Have we made history, the only club at senior level that no one wants?

Not so sure why the closing date is so soon 58......still 3 games left to go then all of Sept before any preseason...why the rush.......hopefully the five newbies can showcase a bit of EF list and attract any possible fence sitters worried about EF lack of quality...as you say if fit, EF list isn't all that bad.....just need bodies to stay on the park and a simple game plan......

There'll be coaches applying- no doubt- the incompetent President shouldn't have said no one had- makes it look like amateur hour. I'm sure the committee is coming up with a hit list that'll be contacted and gauged of interest and asked to apply.
The reality is- the top end talent is aging, recruiting is going to be hard and the facilities aren't up to it. The decent coaches out there are probably waiting for Subi, EP ect to also pop up.

With that President and co you don't have to try to make it look like amateur when it actually is amateur hour. What sort of plonker says that, obviously a high level one.
