Does't have to have AFL or even senior WAFL experience.

Where’s Daniel Kerr at?

Parole?

Get Harry Taylor to come back as a player coach...looks like his body is packing up with the demands of AFL.....won't happen but would be nice....like winning the lottery would be too....

In all honesty, Harry Taylor ect won’t be interested. It’ll be a part time role for not much $$$. Woewodin must be odds on but I wouldn’t rule out Brennan if his Colts side can have a good finals series

I would without hesitation put a line through Brennan regardless of how the colts perform in the finals, for mine that is not relevant at all.
However that's not to say that the same bunch of numpty's that picked Wiley won't pick him though. Coaching the East Fremantle colts to success isn't actually that hard as has been proven by various coaches over many decades.

The only thing with EF colts is that they don't seem to reliant on a couple of standouts to get the results.....each week a different bunch stick their hands up and contribute.....it may just be a playing group anomaly or the way Brennan has got them playing as a team.....or both.....but like the rest not 100% sure on Brennan just yet.....but hey Wiley with with all his experience and pedigree couldn't win this playing group over perhaps adopting the opposite end of the spectrum experience/pedigree wise might be the answer. LOL

TBH who would want the hassle....sounds like a few "strong" characters on and off the playing field are having to much influence on where the club is heading......or sadly not heading!

Apparently the president of EFFC was quoted in a radio interview on 91.3 FM this morning as saying there have been NO applications for the vacant coaching position as yet. Did anyone hear the interview? I find that quite staggering really.

Bit surprised to hear you say no applications as yet, although is still early days.
Though having said that, I'm sure the club would hope the position filled soon as possible.
So a new coach to handle pre-season training etc which isn't all that far away.

You'd be on a hiding to nothing to be honest. League side sitting last, ressies second last, colts doing ok but that's about it. Also factoring in the crap facilities with no improvement planned for several years then I don't think I'd be too willing to put my hand up either.

Considering EF reserves have played over 60 players and the league has played more folk(42) than any other club in the WAFL, one would like to think any prospective coach could see a rosier picture than the one EF paints right now.....but hey both senior squads sit where they sit and little can change with things how they are with 18 players unavailable and 11 of those 18 till 2019......

where EF will be based in years to come is still up in the air.....so I guess that isn't an enticing prospect for any wannabe coach....

As for the EF colts , considering EF have played nearly a 1/3 more players than the colts leaders and are sitting in 3rd spot, one game behind the colts leaders...reckon EF colts are going more than ok.....whilst I understand a club is only good as their depth, the talent is there, just got to get it on the park and at the right time of the day....something EF has failed to do.....but footy is an unforgiving beast and you just got to play the cards you have been dealt with......Perhaps a new coach may bring a better hand of cards......who knows.
