Your a dead set twit Freeze ! You clearly didnt read my message correctly, what part of EF played really well do you not comprehend. In a nut shell, EF have been ordinary for the best part of the season and you can peak all you like but it counts for shit if you dont make the 4, simple !

You can hang your hat on beating a side with 9 regulars out. Lets have a look at the equivalent EF players v our outs and you give me a genuine response if you would win games consistently (taking into account that consistency at full strength has been a struggle for you blokes this season)

Gaudignin-Obrien...so is Gaudignin averaging as many disposals as OBrien?
Tedesco-Stephen.....is Tedesco a state player?
Pettigrew-Dodd.Is Pettigrew a reigning F&B player for WP like Dodd is for EF?
Keunen-Young......both quality talls even in importance to both sides
Rasmussen-Bayliss..... both are and will be solid WAFL players at best
Tsalakis-Lester-Smith..Since Snuffy is EF leading goal scorer and Slick got injured, Slicks early injury cancelled out WP advantage then
Strijk-Howlett......Howlett plays on the likes of Josh Smith does Strijk?
Johnson-Duffy....Johnson is where Duffy was last year....thus I expect Johhno to get drafted then this year like Duffy did last year...hopefully Johnno kicks on like Duffy hasn't this year!
VanBerlo-McGough......McGough is EF captain...not too sure if Van Berlo is WP...is he?

With those QUALITY players out, couldnt see you having much success !And dont bag opposition players, its very poor form, the players that rolled your blokes twice this year at your home ground, really look forward to your response mate ![/quote]

like I said interesting when an opposition fan compares players with another club.....totally bias and full of emotion.....but I totally agree with you Leedy...WP were missing a few regulars and will be a stronger unit when they come back.....well on paper at least.....

Well as I have said and thought all season, East Freo are the best side in the comp
and even from the first semi final will win the 2013 flag. first semi east freo will
defeat east perth, second semi claremont will defeat west perth, prelim east freo will
defeat west perth, grand final east freo will defeat claremont!

Haha, contradicted the shit out of yourself once again but at least you have , in a roundabout sort of way admitted you got a bit precious from my initial post. I was just stating the obvious and some times it strijks a cord (get it, Strijk). Fair call about tit for tat, but I Do get my back up when ludicrous comments are made !

interesting assessment leedy....thanks for highlighting my contradictions....I didn't realise Gaudy was leading the WAFL disposal count.......that Pettigrew was WP reigning F&B.....that Tedesco played in the state game this year and last......that Rasmussen is one of the comps elite players after 20 odd games.......that Strijk takes all the oppositon tall forwards......that Johnson is the best young forward in the comp.....actually thought Lester-smith was with his 40 odd goals.......

as for being precious well you could be right Leedy ....however I do thank you for complimenting EF game on the weekend.....though, like your good mate Swandog, you always seem to find something to blame when your team loses....and funningly enough..... when they win too.....

Freeze, to put an end to this, the way you twist things to take certain comments out of context is something you do on a regular basis. Clearly my pointing out that we were nine short was not worth mentioning because it clearly had no impact on the result and EF are amongst the flag fancies now after beating a top 2 side. All the very best to the sharks, I think they are world class and played an irrepressible brand of football ( in which they did) against a class outfit. You also have to remember we were 4-1 goals up, EF kicked 19 of the 23 goals after that point which is a great effort, I'm sure I mentioned the umpiring was good too ! Luv Leedy

I enjoy the banter, you love your club I love mine and we both love WAFL footy.....WP have had a great season so far, far better than EFFC.....that is obvious with WP with a finals spot all sewn up and EF chasing their dorsal fin for a finals berth....EF needed the win under pressure.....they got it.....yeah you acknowledged it but disappointing to then say but WP had 9 out.....so what if they did, EF still had to win.....though more disappointed to hear Cardy say it was WP 'B'team.....bit disrespectful to those guys who wore the blue/red on sunday TBH.....yeah they may not be top 22......but your 'B'team played EF 'B'team the game before.....

anyway that week has gone, who knows if we will meet again this year....but hey if we do mate, I hope the banter flows thick and fast, without it this site would be a continual PFC thread!!.....way too serious for my liking!!

lost to ep & Claremont both by 3 points....be a shame if we don't make the finals and have another crack at them again

ps..I think howson was a real plus sunday and could of easily taken another 6 contested marks if they stuck abit longer...shame we could only see him again in sharks colours perhaps for two more games
