Yeah true Ti Em....Marshall has been off the list since pre Xmas, definitely a good depth player, think the development of Meade and Gorringe have blocked his chances, along with the opportunities Cleaver got post state Champs in 2022.

I am keen to see how young Jayke Scott goes this year, 188cm agile utility sort, who made the colts team of the year from memory in 2022. Got a good leap and engine on him, seem to play above his height/weight and play as EF number 1 ruck in the colts, sort of like Finlayson did for Port, in Lycett's absence. Obviously too small to ruck in the seniors, but definitely one to play up forward or back on a flank or maybe the wing.

I see Bill gets an extension to the end of 2025....that will definitely warm up FF2's cockles with winter coming up .....or maybe not.

Good news to hear of the contract extension of coach Bill Monaghan. His re-signing in June 2021 may have not been handled that well by the club. Contract extension to the end of 2025 seems a good move and deserved too. Bill has done an excellent job and has certainly helped turn the club around. 

FF2 like Tucker, Smith and Tom Marshall doesn't seem to have come back after the summer break. Might not find trolling as gratifying as they once did.

strono , I wonder if work commitments played a part in Smith's decision mate? Disappointing TBH, because he is a decent size and did some good things when given the opportunity last year.

I am glad you're back.

Back to EF, I reckon that there will need to be abt 5% improvement in your side to really push WP. It is there and I think it willbuild through the season.

58, my sentence was for 10 years until the olive branch was extended
