Also not sure what is happening with team selection this week? Noah Ash named in the reserves along with Tholstrup, but others either rested or injured? If anyone needs a rest it is Zac Clarke who has done a mountain of work this year, maybe Matthews is there to give him a break? 

Yes and Max playing ressies as well. Too many changes for my liking a week away from finals.

Kenterfield is suspended for a tackle. Savigni and Golding  probably just rested. Tholstrop probably just being eased back in. Ash im not sure about . Could be dropped. 

Worried about our ability to score tomorrow. 

I'd like to see Braut play on that lunatic Jono Marsh...that could be fun to watch.

While both teams will seek to assert some dominance over the other as we lead into the finals, I'm sure they will be on their best behaviour, not wanting to end up in front of the tribunal and risk missing out. Both teams are highly skilled and both play a very physical brand of footy so will be an interesting game.
For us any sort of a win means 2nd is secured, a narrow loss and we should still stay top 3, 2nd if EP lose, Peel would need to win and make up 8+ % and CL 20%.
2nd or 3rd, either way we play at Leederville.

BC I dont think you need to get physical with Mad Dog Marsh, just need someone to get inside his head and he will lose his shite as he cant help himself from reacting. Kitch is a past master at that sort of stuff.
Mad Dog is all or nothing, he can turn a game in a very short timeframe or he can go completely missing, lets hope it's the latter.
 

Things went south from the start with a untimely hamstring. We got lucky for a while, but the pace and running ability of the sharks was too superior. We'll need some  changes next week. President's lunch was excellent. Met some decent sharks. 

I thought we were strong in the first quarter, broke even in the second, hung on for dear life in the third and smashed in the fourth.  Losing Schofield so early was not ideal but not match defining.  Giro, Clarke, Kitch, Heal, Borch were very good whilst the Motts got plenty of it but made too many mistakes.

Some of our efforts in the third and last quarters were abysmal with turnovers, missed targets and skill errors almost keystone cops stuff.  Snadden and South are not up to league level and it mystifies me how they get a game.  Hopefully Max and Ash will come back in to give us a bit more midfield depth.

Full credit to EF who started slowly but worked into it and go into the finals as clear favourites for the flag.

We have some work to do if we're going to get over FART next week.

 

Well I picked that unfortunately. Will H seems to refuse to kick to a team mate.
