Donald still cant get his wall built due to Democrats holding power in one house.
Makes me wonder why didn't he seek funding when he had control of both houses.
Perhaps the "great" America didn't have the money or did Donny wait until Democrats could approve it so he could blame them if something went wrong.

I thought he was going to get Mexico to pay for it.

I did hear that the 6 billion he needs for the walls completion. As 20% has been already built over the last few decades.Is less than 0.25 of 1% of the US GDP.There government turns over 500 billion in 6 months

gtr: correct: there is an actual act -- votted for by Mrs Clinton when she was in the Senate -- to build a wall. The Democrats are playing silly buggers. I would offer them an amnesty on all illegal immigrants without criminal records in return for the building and funding of the wall.

In this way, he gets his wall, and a little more, because, such a measure, as you know, would improve the standing of the Republican party with Spanish speaking voters; I bet you that Pelosi woman would become a lot less pro illegal immigrant over night if she thought they will vote for Trump.

gtr: I dislike both sides, having said that, the Democrats have offerred some money so he should take it with good grace. I agree with you on Paul Ryan; as you know, gtr, it is actually Republicans, such as him, whom have held up Trump's plan's on the wall for the past two years.

Trump was elected president of the United States and one of his key pitches in that election was building a wall to protect the borders of the United States. Say no more.
