Lol......... you clearly didn't take much notice of the chart I posted. When Obama took office, unemployment was already climbing rapidly. So the (employment) trend was down, just as it was up when Obama left office.

Conservatives like to conveniently forget the GFC - which occurred under right wing governments generally.

And who did it take to pull the US (and Oz) out of the shit? Good old progressive administrations (Obama and Rudd).
