Nothing is panning out in your favor swan, WPFC are doing all the running around at the last minute, I dont see any writs being served on WAFC as threatened by the garlic frauds.

I notice SDFC and the other clubs have been very vocal in their support of WPFC in the last 3 days...NOT.

Channel 9 has got fuck all out of this???

They have received more exposure out of this deal than any other WAFL Club Sponsor, it's been front and centre on all WAFL related media and even made headlines in other states.

Put up a survey and list all WAFL clubs and see how many people can name the major sponsors. Guarantee who tops that list.

But yeah, Channel 9 have gotten SFA out of this..

name another WAFL sponsor from a G7 club who has been mentioned at least once a week in the West in relation to the WAFL since the start of the season.
the only one is ch9 and its in a newspaper of their direct competition.
do more people watch the wafl on tv or read the sports section of the West ?

This is a soap opera. WAFC present compromise to 7 and 7 decline. Maybe 7 dont want to actually cover the game. Seems mindless from them. As for WAFC they couldnt sell heaters to the eskimos.Time for the resign

Very well said astro. The Wafl telecaster also covers the VFL and Sanfl I believe? Will stand corrected if wrong. Not sure of the telecaster for the Tasmanian footy? But the current telecaster seems to have the monopoly all neatly bundled up there in the one package. Which is probably why the so called tender process was not really a tender process? When a corporation has the monopoly on something, not hard to see what is going to happen. The so called commission obviously not wanting to upset the telecasting apple cart by interfering with the monopoly situation. Going by that, the telecaster is doing a bad job for the wrong reasons, and is not really interested in the Wafl at all!! It's all about control and the ordinary poor old footy fan is left high and dry.

6PR rumour file said a few days ago that WPFC had ordered new jumpers from Burley Sekem, this ties in with the timeline that they were served with the breach notice from the WAFC, while Raponi was putting up his usual BS about how he was right and the WAFC was wrong he was ordering new jumpers on the quiet to comply with the WAFC.

This was clearly a spot on rumour as WPFC were desprately preparing a way out with new jumpers and logos at the same time - Ch 9 showed the first proposed revised logo on the jumper last night which was REJECTED by the WAFC, WPFC walked off with tails between their legs amd will come back with a proposal that is suitable to the WAFC NOT to Raponi or the WPFC.

The WPFC have ZERO support from any of the other WAFL Clubs. becuase they have complied with the licence rules and WPFC have gone outside of them.

If the broadcast of the GF is canned whoever they play, say Subiaco or East Perth will hit WPFC for damages for the loss of coverage for their own sponsors during a live broadcast of the GF Statewide, on COMMERCIAL TV.

Plus they face WAFC fines for breach of licence.

they have no hope of winning a ROT case, which Raponi knows.

Raponi better start being more honest as he is looking more and more exposed by the day.
