2 things worry me about this game..

The first is the 4 day break the boys have had from the Foxtel game and all the associated travel from Melbourne.

The second is that the game is on Mothers day......how the fark do you get a pardon from your Mrs to watch a footy game on Mothers day?? any of you geniuses can tell me??

The first worry isnt a worry,you could play Peel straight after playing someone else and you'll still beat them by 10 goals!!

Spot on VF and it will be an interesting game.. Could be a couple of changes due to Box Hill win. Nothings certain in WAFL this year so we had better be on our toes.
Great to see Sev Martin had a good game in Melbourne as it was a big ask for him.
From all reports did well in the ruck.. just a couple of copies I made from the game

Seva Martin also played his first game at West Perth since crossing from Subiaco in the off-season and worked hard in the ruck while also finishing with eight possessions and four tackles.

Great to see we recruited him from Subi and looks like a good catch as we needed another Ruckman to support Chris. I have been impressed with him in the Ressies and great to see Chris go out and have a talk with him during the Ressies game and apparently giving a bit of advice..

Will certainly catch up mate.. Dont drink at the Joondalup games as long road home for me. I usually stand under the stairs to grandstand near the race. Not usually a problem finding anyone at WAFL games anyway I will be there for the Ressies game if Peel Ressies turn up

Senior Dockers have a few injuries going into the Port Adelaide game so the Junior Dockers (Peel) shouldnt be to strong. Gee Hilly might be at the game as comming back from injury? Would be nice to see him play even if for Peel.If not fit Freo would most probably rest him anyway..

Easy mate, just tell them your going to the footy, I did ! Valid points Falcon, we have had a mare of a time on previous Mothers days v Peel, do you boys remember the "Mothers Day Massacre" ??? At the end of the day, we can make no excuses this Sunday, if we are serious about playing finals, the boys would put in an effort that would quash any 4 day break, Melbourne travel etc. Swans have made an art of winning 2 games in a week !!!

Hey Leedy the "Mother's day Massacre" you speak of, was that the game that Troy Wilson kicked about 10 goals? if it was then yes I do remember it....it was a beauty!

Any way I asked the missus if I could perhaps go to this game, but she gave me the HAIRY EYEBALL..so I quickly changed the subject before it got nasty..SO I WON"T BE GOING..

This game is so important for us to win, I hope the boys treat it like some sort of a finals game, because losing it is not an option.

I just said to the mrs, the kids are taking you out for lunch and your not my mother. I got a clip across the ear.
