Mr Krakouer

I thought - Ok - leading up to Xmas ... return to Perth/Family/Home/New Job etc etc --- getting settled again
But now???

Maybe others here have a bit more to say and maybe others have more info on the no-show

But for me, now that training has returned in 2014 and this X AFL recruit has not shown up, I have to wonder......
There may be a very bruised ego if the first return to WAFL footy resides amongst the 'reserves' who are at this time very very eager to become league players

Growler,He has been training with the club, dont know where your information comes from !!!

Krakouers program is on target. He had a slight injury that kept him off the track for a couple of sessions, all is good. He will be spot on for round one and the club is very happy with him.

Like what winger said Krakouers program is on target......good to see the fella giving those local indigenious boys a target to work towards......oh silly me Winger means Kraks is on target to play round one!

I'm guessing you are still on the X'mas cheer ... its New Years now so you might want to swap beverages??? just a thought
My info is Kraks has turned up once after the xmas break to talk to Bill(and other WP staff) about why he's not started yet at training and that's it ....
He may (???)have turned up off the park?, in the boardroom?, at homes of WP hierarchy ....... don't know?

on this line and another's there are those who say he's prepped and ready to go?
congratulating his mentoring of indigenous young ones etc.

My understanding was that his mentoring role extended beyond the indigenous culture to his host WAFL club that is looking after his housing/ travel/ indigenous program and more... I don't see evidence of this at all with a group of players who are at this time bonding and for many doing there very best to gain a spot in the league team.

I'm sorry but I see more than just the altruistic journey being taken here but to what some seem to see as the smaller picture and responsibility ...to the team.

But if you are so sure he's stepped 'a foot' onto the ground before this day - show me and anyone else the evidence; photo, name a single players to confirm, a date he trained or importantly - when he's training in the future...

Growler you know Leedy can only speak when given the nod and since his mate Brad[d] is at Moss St most days I can't see how Leedy is gonna help you out here or himself TBH......

over to you Leedy, someone needs to put this "Scarlett Pimpernel" saga to bed once and for all!........and while you are there mate can you give me a few names of those non mentioned recruits training with Brad[d] down at Moss Street too!

Growler, it sounds similar to the Leon Davis situation 2 years ago. He didn't train too often and now that Krak hasn't got the incentive of a return to the AFL then it could be the same story.

Swans got the best out of him for sure.

Winger - I am afraid as far as I am concerned 'the proof will be in the pudding' not the blurb -
Personally I still see this going South and I doubt mean ALBANY....My fear is this is a 'what about me' now I'm no longer wanted at AFL - I hope this player gives back to 'all' and not just the original ozzies ...........

Just my opinion and I will apologise on these pages in capitol letters if I am proved wrong.

Growler, I don't know how your affiliated with the club but I can assure you that Krakouer has arrived, he has trained, he has had a number of official and unofficial meetings with the committee and players of the club and he looks bloody good in a West Perth jumper and training jumper. He has missed two training sessions authorised by Bill. Growler, would you like to meet me at a training session next week so we can settle this matter once and for all.
