no denying team success has been good at joondalup.

and having been at Arena almost 20 years now,its about time facilities improved. but why is the question never asked. where are all the wp fans gone? i just dont think they will ever embrace the location. and the locals clearly have not.

and please dont think this is a dig at wp. this is a problem generally for all wafl clubs. its just that w.perths relocation is the obvious model for other clubs to look at. and with that in mind, there would not be alot of encouragement for clubs to make such a substancial move. i think wp deserved better considering the courage shown to break ties with an historical venue like leederville oval. it does appear money is being spent now, but how will this bring people thru the gates? 10,20 or 30 years from now who knows what the heck will happen to the wafl. but i do hope west perth stay as west perth. at the worst maybe west perth/joondalup but never lose the wp moniker.

On field it has been a great success.
Off field i think they went in blind.
No facilities,no bar takings, The arena management had complete control.
Went to the annual general a couple of years ago.
The drinks at the end of the meeting were brought out in eskies.
Very unprofessional.

Your lucky your El-Presidente' is strong, this is the time to be outspoken. Unfortunately ours caved in to the WCE.
Dont mind the jumper changing for one off games-WAFL clubs have to survive and be relevent to the public by trying things. Maybe thats why you guys succeed and other fail.
