Winning our next game becomes vital.

It's nice winning isn't it? I'm getting used to it.

I fancy our chances against Claremont. They are another mob that plays a brand of footy we can counter. I get a sense our boys don't mind playing them.

70 tackles on the weekend. Only beaten by C for team tackles. That's a fair indication the boys are up and about.

Pity we're not playing Claremont this weekend. With the momentum from that sterling win and C coming off a tough one against $ would have been the perfect time to run into them.

I think the rosters are screwing us big time. We play the second hardest game of the year, then 4 days later play the hardest game of the year. Why not have our bye between the Claremont and Subi games? Surely that is just obvious?

That fixturing is designed by the WAFC to keep PFC at the bottom of the ladder.

I'm not sure you're correct DF but it does seem a bit strange when you consider Subi have 6 of their last 7 games for the year at home albeit one is an away game against EP.

Not sure of Perth's injury list, but one would think they could win at least another three qualifying matches. The match against Claremont will be a goodun. I think Perth won the previous encounter by 2 goals or thereabouts. The following week's Home game is the biggie against Subiaco will certainly be a test. Perth should be winning in week 18. They would fancy their chances in the final 2 qualifying games. Going to be interesting to see how they go in the coming weeks.

Yes mate ...I picked it but the fixtures do seem a but weird...but then again they do every year.
