Yes, we should have Tunbridge back this week. Will assist in covering the loss of Chance Bateman. I had overlooked him in my previous comments.
We should have McInnes so Eyres may miss out which is unfortunate because he contributed well against Swans.

So, as I see it....
Murray comes in for Eyres
Donovan for Bateman
Jacobs for Florio
Tunbridge for Mather
Johnston for Ransted
It just comes down to how they lineup.

Honestly couldn't see McInnes missing out. Still think he's a key for us just needs to find some form. We've actually got some selection headaches now which is always good. Interesting to see if Tunners comes straight back in

I think Hug might be in line for a call up to the league, and he might be preferred to Donovan. It's amazing to think we have issues fitting talls into our team. Murray, from the stats at least, didn't seem to dominate in the ruck in the reserves last week. If Tunbridge comes back in, he might play down back (do Easts have a sufficient number of talls? and can we risk having a guy in underdone against this mob?). Jacobs for sure this week.

Tunbridge as far as I know has been training with the Eagles and hasn't injured himself. Played 2 or 3 of the pre season games. So I wouldn't say he is underdone as he's probably been training for the last three weeks and the Eagles would have been doing match preparation drills so that would help him as well.

No need to mess with a winning team. Only change I can see happening is Murray in for Leyendekkers and a replacement for Chance and I'd go for either Richardson or Hug taking his place. I'd keep Eyres in.

Tunbridge can come back through the reserves. Looking at this week's budget I suspect that'll be what happens.

And the bloke Perth must stop to have a chance of winning....Steven Dodd. Everytime we play this mob he just runs around the back line by himself, filling the hole at CHB and taking marks and rebounding at will. I rate him our biggest threat.

Dont know about Dodd being the biggest threat dazzler...but he certainly has the biggest mouth at East Freo. I watched him last Saturday against Subi and all he did all day was run around the place chit stirring opposition players and mouthing off. He seriously needs someone to give him a whack to calm him down....what's Billings doing these days?

If we can limit the influence of McGough, O'Brien and possibly Kerr then this will help our cause. Kerr just needs attention all day and his temper will do the rest. :)

Dazzler, interesting that you prefer Eyres to Leyendekkers.

With your concerns with Steven Dodd I think that Leyendekkers may be the extra cog to help keep Dodd accountable.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!
