I would have reviewed our higher point players and if it meant getting a quality recruit or 2 in i would have moved 1 or 2 higher point players from the 2012 list on to make room and obviously 1 or 2 of this season recruits wouldnt have been recruited,the exception being Reimers.

What would the points value of all the players that have left the side from 2012 be?

sounds like 'claytons' recruiting smokey TBH....recruiting for the sake of recruiting.....are you recruiting to gain success in the league or in the reserves?........all these recruits are speculative and at least 3 years away from the success you boys are yearning for and talking about here and now......by then the likes of Bateman, Bevan, Moody and Reimers would of moved on.....and the likes of your AFL fringe players like Smith, McInnes, Tunbridge, College and any decent youngster coming through your ranks, will be playing at Peel or EP or over east......

Really surprised Perth didn't throw the kitchen sink at someone like Andrew Ruck or kept MacDougall chained to the PFC kitchen sink.... both mature age bodied ruckmen, capable of competing against the likes of current quality WAFL talls in Johnson, Lammie, Sinclair, Seaby, Andrews and Young, and coming out more often than not even.....

similiar example is that guy De Jhong from last year, you fellas gave him big wraps and TBH the guy was tall, big bodied, but lacked it at the league level....ok at the reserves level....like Ben Fraser too.....just because they are tall, doesn't mean they are any good does it?....5 of them?....

You may be right Freez - only time will tell. Big bodied experienced ruckmen are not easy to find.
We did have a good go for Ruck but other clubs were after him too and now he is playing in the country.
Murray and Leyendekers are still young, the latter has big wraps on him. Here's hoping they can do the job.
At least we had a go at finding players to fill the gaps.

....and my point is the only "gains" i would start with from above list are Bateman and Reimers then do the type of recruiting im talking about(mature aged experienced talls) which in the end may land you another 1 or 2 of the names already on your list!
(for extra points on your (loss) list throw in Noakes X 2.
As also stated in my previous post to gain more points there are a couple of higher point players from the 2012 list i would say goodbye to.

Its all about the recruiting at the start of the off season....yes its probably too late now!

I've got no probs in saying EFFC have been shite for the last decade or so, made some terrible recruiting judgements on/off the footy field in that time, deserve all the shite they get from other opposition fans for their failures....YOU just can't do that can you.....goes against your character......PFC have been an embarrassment in the WAFL since the beginning of 1979......but I reckon every year since 79, you have truly believed PFC are on the right track and this loyalty, has clouded your judgement towards PFC playing list in terms of realistic ability.....

Stop acting like if you own this thread....it's not yours...it really isn't and the mods need to seriously look at your involvement on this site.....it's a public forum, for all n sundry to use.....whether they are Perth fans or not and agree with your opinions or not
