It would have taken an extraordinary offer for him to cross the river with the future uncertainty of the strength of the list and Coach. And I don't reckon the Fremantle players would have liked an Eagle walking in on such a huge deal.

Anchor, it could come from 1 of 2000 journos, but because it is critical of Freo, you head to the default position - he criticized Freo, so he’s wrong. I think, at times, you’re on Prince’s purple rain. Freo has a great list of young guys that could be anything, but something has to change in your club or they’ll just end up as cooda beens.
