It’s fair to say that the Melbourne Demons will probably tear the Eagles a new one on Monday night.  If so, then the game between West Coast and Freo could well be an elimination final.  I reckon that should be a sell out even though it’s a Freo home game.

There shouldn't be home crowds for western derbies, both clubs should get 50 percent of tickets to one derby, and 50 percent to the other derby. Wouldn't be hard to organise.

Been saying that for years TOO, if you missed the first derby you are first up for the second so the same number of members for both teams get the same opportunities.

How much better would the atmosphere be if the north end was Weags and the south was Dorks, then vice versa for the 2nd game. It aint rocket science!!

 

Well it’s come down to this for both teams….win and you’re in with a chance to play finals.  But seriously, is there anyone who really thinks either team will push the top 4?

Don't think so 58shark. To be honest the only team that is capable of competing with the top 6, assuming they make the finals would be Richmond.

Gee swan, I certainly hope that you didn’t watch the game.  After all, don’t you call the AFL “the devil incarnate”?  I’m even surprised that an anti AFL person like yourself even reads these pages.  Could it be that you are a bit duplicitous?
