58 it looks like the price paid for Tim Kelly was to high. Which has restricted the eagles at the draft table.Like the Crows who went into the 2017 Grand Final red hot favourites.Then fell off the cliff.Risking all on a Premiership.
Easter Saturday belting by Geelong has broken down the Eagles game plan.There ball movement and switch of play out of defense.Is far to slow for the forwards to set up properly.
Brad Hardie also believes the senior players.Wont kick the footy to the younger players.Brad also thinks at least 2 senior players need to be traded out.To fix the salary cap and entise some big recruit's West.

From what I saw yesterday they’ve got a ripper in Colin Jamieson. 201cm and took a heap of contested marks.

Some tough decisions about a few players ahead for the coaching team at years end. Probably need to go backwards for a few years in order to go forwards. This year they will probably finish 7th or 8th and be knocked out week 1 of the finals

So add cant win away from Optus to cant win in the wet. Losing so badly to a young bottom 2 or 3 team is unforgivable.

Clarko is available next season?? The mega rich Eagles can afford him and also Simmo's contract payout.

As SS suggested that they could look at Clarkson, but would he leave Sicktoria?  Also, I’m not sure I’d like to see them do that to Simmo, but business is business I guess.

Team looks really old and tired, a few there need to bow out - paid way to much for Kelly, looks like some tanking might be needed to get some new talent in the team.
