Well couple of takeaways ( prob a bad choice of words!) but as good as Nic Nat is, he has a very big spare tyre. ( Mc Govern not far behind) Also IMHO Cripps was gone 2 years ago, BUT still gets a game, and questions never asked. The diff between Darligs best and worst is to bigger a gap. And broken tackles was just not on

Nic Nat changed his spare tire, McG is still getting his checked and Cripps obviously didn’t like what you said…..   You’re right about Darling, he’s not travelling too well atm.

Still, one game against the 16th placed team isn’t anything to get too excited about.  I do like the look of Harry and Luke Edwards and young West looks as though he’s played at the top level before.

It was a dry evening so their one and only game plan had a chance to work. Will give them some confidence after 3 dismal displays. NicNat was dominant and gave our mids a dream ride at stoppages, Bailey Williams also had some good hitouts, at 21 he has enormous upside for a ruckman, moves really well and has a nice kicking action. Shuey got better as the game progressed, Kelly had a great game and the small forwards lead by Cripps did the bulk of the scoring, shame Ryan was a bit off target, could have had 6+.

Hearn is like a good wine, keeps getting better with age, Mcgovern looked like he is getting back on track, but Darling & Allen both had quiet ones, will be better when JK is back, gives the forward line so much more balance

Saints next week will be tough, but the pies are beatable the following week, then it's the D's so maybe 2 of the next 3 are winnable, they will need 12 wins to be in the hunt for top 8.
