2. Is he still under contract at Perth ?
3. Has he agreed to go to EF ?
4. Have EF applied for a clearance ?
5. Is Cody doing pre season training at Perth atm?

I can answer No 2 for you Smokey. Yes, Leggett is contracted to Perth for the 2020 season and is therefore ineligible for a transfer under the rules. Plain and simple.

And I would suggest EF are not doing Cody any favours here. They should be encouraging him to play out his contract with Perth. End of 2020 he's a free man.

OK, let's say there are some facts in there. Leggett is in no way connected to the Masten clearance. So there is no Leggett for Masten deal.
Masten is a 31yo 12 point free agent - deal already done. Leggett is a 24yo 1 point contracted player - new deal.
