Don't mean to be negative. Though one has to ask why and what is the point of another bloody survey?!
Why wasn't any notice and action taken of the last one? Just asking?
Many of the problems from then, are still relevant to this day! And more likely will be in 5 or 10 years time if the Wafl lasts that long.
Just sayin'.

And read the questions - it is (like all surveys), questions geared to steering to an outcome. I looked at it and would suggest others do too, without necessarily completing it. I didn't - no point participating in their pre arranged outcome.
One quick example - Do you want to see successful AFL clubs in Western Australia? What sort of response are they actually expecting for crying out loud. Then when they get the foregone conclusion as a result from most people it will then be interpreted to suit their own purposes.
As pointed out by westaussieguy - what's the point. If they don't like the answers they will just change the survey until they get the answers they want.
This, for the odd occasion isn't me being unusually sarcastic - I have/am part of systems/workplaces/structures that have done this. You do a survey and frame the questions in such a way to elicit the response to justify your actions or to give you licence to act upon the changes/direction you want.
