There’ll be plenty of people around who will be hoping for a bombers win Thursday. There could be a huge negative if the Eagles lose and that is, what will their reserve team look like with the Eagles out of the AFL finals? I think that they blew their chance of a GF appearance last week, so this could be a real possibility. I’m not sure how many other Eagles are eligible for the WAFL finals.

I reckon it's the other way round Shark, I think the WC reserves will be stronger whilst the Eagles are still alive in the finals, like this week where I suspect they'll be far too strong for Claremont. If the Eagles get knocked out of afl finals then that will rule certain players ineligible and they will send others if for surgeries and rest and stuff

OK, fair point TOO. Unless of course a WAFL flag looks attractive to them.
