Belted South at Frem by 52pts last game when all South had to do was win to finish 4th. I have some highlights and World of football round up footage on DVD

A few years that stood out as being really even in my time following the WAFL were as DG & SD have already posted-
-1984 a season where the bottom team Perth (with Wiley & Bosustow back from Vic) finished last but beat the eventual Premiers SD at Lathlain Park.
-1990 another season where the wooden spooner WP who also won 6 games that year beat the eventual Premiers that year SD at Basso too.
-1992 the wooden spooner that season WP won 7 games as did the 7th placed team CL who were the reigning premiers.

IN 1985 EP won five games, includding beatting WP on their centanary celebration day. IN addition they also pushed another old rival of the club, SD, very close in a couple of matches.
