Interesting piece about Tasmanian football. Not all relevant to the WAFL but perhaps some parallels with the lure of country and "amateur" football in WA and Tassie

The 2 hundred thou figure would have been a typo error Bazza.
Latest word is not to panic about the perilous football situation in Tasmania.
Football executives and the Tasmanian state government are holding meetings to work out an answer. Apparently the problem will be fixed. I'd like to know how and for whose benefit?
