For anyone looking to use the Midland line to get to perth or the footy, it's closed until Monday night due to works at the East Perth station, so all you thousands of Swannies supporters who will out number everyone else at the game today, you'll need to take the commodore instead.

I suspect their will be very few Swans's supporters who have any interest in the WAFL GF FARCE.

I think it begs the question, why are the works not postponed until next week? Why carry out said works and close the line on Grand Final weekend? Everyone knows many people travel to the footy by train, I would have thought!
Then again, not many will attend the Grand Final, so it probably does not matter.

WAG very simple answer: Monday is a public holiday so it allows them a longer period to do the work outside the peak work period.

Swan I think we need to have a whip-around to buy you a sense of humor old mate.
Do you think if it was and eagles or Dockers game that they would have closed the line ... hang on it was a Dockers game.

SS in the vein of your comments; perhaps it is you that is the one lacking a sense of humour given the result today.

No swan I'm feeling fine, I went along not expecting to be able to beat Freo and that's what happened, proud of the boys for taking it up to Freo for large parts of the game, but we were not good enough. I was far more excited last week when we beat Souths in what was the real G7 GF

So Souths won the real G6 GF; we were runners-up AGAIN to Souths in a WAFL GF!!

Hopefully we can go 1 better next year in the legitimate WAFL GF 42 as today was the illegitimate exhibition match between the Frauds vs the Cheat$!
