JT is right. I think we all agree it needs to change and hopefully common sense prevails in the off season should Peel win. I think we all agree that Peel winning it isn't the issue- but there needs to be a level playing field. If they were good enough to win it with 10 Freo players then good luck to them. Lets all remember they did qualify 3rd with an average of 10 players. But bumping it up to 15 when the most they had all year is 13 is ridiculous.

It'd be interesting to know where the Peel Football Club and its players sit with this. I imagine a few walked last year and a few more will walk this year. What about the Colts kids and their parents- what are they thinking?

Very accurate balanced and timely article by JT, haven't always agreed with some of his stuff but he's a passionate WAFL man. Hopefully when someone of his standing lets rip like this it will have some impact on the numpties who control our game in this state.

Wouldn't it be great to see a sea of red and white and maroon and gold fill the outer this sunday supported by lots of neutrals who love the WAFL, don't care if they end up barracking for Souths, the more the better. Then hope that only 5 or 6 thousand turn up the following weekend, maybe then the WAFC will sit up and take some notice. no doubt the WAFC will look at pre-sales and bring in a rent a crowd with free tickets to try and fill the concrete echo chamber.

yep...that works for me gtr. I'll go to the GF if Subi wins this week as my support for my team means more than sending a message but not sure if I will if South's get in. That's probably not fair on the Bullies and I apologise in advance if I don't go although in saying that, I could deck myself out in red and white and boo the chunder every time one of them gets the ball.
