a better comparison is frees for and against to give a positive or negative free kick count. Subi v Souths saw SF 25 frees awarded to Subi 15 meaning SF are +10 and Subi -10. this tends to highlight where teams appear to be penalised more that others. Subi, WART and FART were the worst last year whilst WP and Cl were treated the most favourably.

how can a team be penalised if a free kick is deserved to the opposition ?
