They certainly drag it out, just like the Brownlow, suppose the guests have got to finish their dessert! Even Minno ran out of things to talk about :P

Bolton appears to have it in the bag given his end to the season and with De Boer missing the last game.

Congratulations to Jye Bolton. Had a terrific season and has been a great pick up by the Tigers. Surely has to come under strong consideration now for a spot on an AFL list.

Great coverage by Sport FM tonight. I think channel 7 were doing something for either the Magarey Medal or the Liston Trophy. Pretty sure I saw something where they said the were broadcasting it on the TV.

The west has done a live stream over the last couple of years but didn't this year.

Well done to Bolton, was a great year for to recruit a Victorian, I thought he played his best football this season when the conditions were tough, which was most weeks. I feel this may hinder his chances of getting drafted though, clubs didn't get much of a look at his dry weather game.
Hopefully we've got De boer and Bolton alongside each other next season.

Dont you think both will be fighting over the footy TOO?.....might be counter productive.....but saying that I would like them both at EF.....do you want to at least swap Werribee boys? ;)

Well done to Jye Bolton a well deserved win 7 clear of the second place getter Deboer. Bolton had a monster finish to the season gaining 29 votes from his last 7 matches.

Just shows how dominant an AFL player can be when dropped to the WAFL, Cl will be salivating at the prospect of Deboer being delisted, they should leave no stone unturned to get him back to Tigerland.

Great seasons also for Jones, Anthony, Nelson & Phelan.

Who cares if Bolton came from the east, he's an established WAFL player like so many others who have chosen the WAFL as the place to play their Footy.

Congratulations to Jye Bolton, obviously a handy pick up by the Tiges. One thing I find disappointing in the stories covering the Sandover Medal is it is usually tradition to mention where last year's winner finished. Didn't crack a mention by The West or Perth Now. So for the record last year's winner, Perth's Aiden Tropiano finished on 20 votes after a year carrying a few injuries. Well done to Clint Jones, in coming 3rd on 39 votes and followed by his team mates who also had outstanding seasons, Liam McKenna finished on 16 votes and Julian Jacobs on 14 votes.

Hopefully Trops you will stay a Demon and reap the rewards with some finals action next year and beyond and you will be recognized as being a big part of it. Hope you can resist the offers of the leagues richest club and realize it isn't always about the coin and the glory if that's an easy option.

I reckon I've seen those exact words about a few Perth players in recent years, Tropiano after his Sandover win last year and Ross Young after his Sandover win. It's bordering on creepy, or maybe it's stalking?
