Grassy I am sorry to contradict you but you like a lot of folk on this site attribute player turn over at EP to the alignment. Yep there are one or two who have done so for that reason and I would not deny that, having said that our turnover is the same if not less than other clubs.

Tommy Shanahan, Freddie the Clutterbuck and another that I can't recall would have left with that as a contributing reason. Others have left due to the same as other players leaving your club, just not good enough to make in the league and they have been told that, sometimes a bitter pill, other have left for work, travel etc.

The only other player who has left in the last 3 years that everyone makes comment abt is the 'Boy' and he is still waiting to play league on a regular basis and despite the best advice from his mum and manager is not likely to be drafted having gone elsewhere!

Grump there is heaps that have left EP because of the alignment.. Seal, Grover, Sweet, Maldenis, Gordon, Cluterbuck , Morton, Dobson & on it goes most of these played in the GF a few years back so to say that its only partly cos of the alignment is just crazy.

Do your research pal. Morton was delisted by eagles and all eagles and dockers players revert back to the club they played for after delisting. Morton didn't want to go back to Claremont and played at perth.

Why can't Chris Franklin get a game at West Perth. He made his debut at East Perth in 2011 and played 3 league games.Tried a comeback for Swannies and could manage only a couple of ressies games and last year played 15 ressies games in a West Perth side that had no alignment players in it.Brock Higgins and Danny Chartres are basiclally the only two who have had a regular game after moving to greener pastures.

Unlike you, there's no pressure from a certain AFL Mob to keep them playing League, despite poor form.

If they're not,why did they kick up a stink about it in the 1st place then?

So East perth are playing second rate players and winning whilst Perth are playing their best 22 and inform team and are battling to win games or make the finals. your starting to make sense kind of.

Chaddy so why didn't Morton stay at EP? Surely he made plenty of great friends at a club that is so well recognized with history.. Well once was.. & Franklin.. Seriously just an average twos player. Research? Like chick?

I will spell this slowly so you can understand. once a eagle is delisted he cannot stay at the east perth. Not hard to understand. That's the way the rules are. So wafl clubs including Joondy like recruiting guys from us to make up the numbers in the reserves. sounds like good recruiting to me.

Funny that both Kepler,Jordan lockyer AND Mark Seaby decided to get transfers to other wafl clubs after being delisted rather then go back to joondy.

In your heart of hearts do you think Jamie Graham loves the EPFC? Also do you think he is looking at all the young colts who have potential to play league? Or is he just trying to help "certain"footballers to play AFL?

Funny those players you mentioned didn't go to a host club..

Grassy wrote: Whatever the other 7 Clubs put together Chaddy is beside the point.

You guys are required to play your AFL Players in your League Team, regardless of firm.Same as Peel with Fremantle. If that is not happening,it shoots down the original purpose of the West Coast Coast and Fremantle's players. And playing WAFL Ressies footy ain't part of the bargain.

Leaves little room for your guys doesn't it?

Grassy remember 2008 Docker Brett CONNELLY couldn't get a league game at west perth. Next week he was playing league footy at perth. Did he deserve a league game at Perth but you guys played ball. Methinks a little hypocrisy here.
