Both Trav & Hods (Bassendean) had playing stints in Bunbury mate Trav after finishing in the WAFL & Hods during the middle of his WAFL career.
Micky Hastie definitely a Bunbury boy I still remember that goal he kicked at the WACA when hemmed next to the point post he tossed the ball around the post regathered it in mid air when he ran back into play and hooked it back through the middle for a classic sausage roll. In the same game Troy Ugle took one of the biggest hangs of all time sitting on the top of Tony Begovich's melon!! :)

I think Hank may have come from Goomalling originally hence why he was at Perth for a few years.

BH, are we just doing SWFL or the Swans zone?

If zone, do we include Esperence?

The SWFL is zoned between 3 clubs - EP , SD & Peel

The Esperance league (EDFA) is a league of it's own (Ports , Newtown-Condingup , Esperance & Gibson)

Southerner, in the day Esperence was zoned to Swans, hence Murry Rance.
Mind you Craig Treleven went to East Freo.

Back in time the Munglinup and Condingup football clubs were also in the league but due to lack of players amalgamated with Ports and Newtown respectively.

Subiaco got it when the zones were screwed up with the Peel fiasco was shat out upon us all - from memory Craig Treleven was at Swans initially then went back home and subsequently to EF & AFL ( info 'Beas ?)

Dead right mate he played Colts & Reserves with us back in about 87/88 around when he played Teal Cup for WA but went home to Esperance then somehow landed at the fishtank!
Dev I was just going to put in Esperance in with the Goldfields as there arent many clubs/towns involved with either comp mate!
