SFC just advised that tonight's game is a sellout, apparently 10k tickets sold and none available at the gate.

Nice little earn for the club via club bar and alfresco eatery.

Hopefully some of the gate takings are distributed to the 7 WAFL clubs but not holding my breath, I assume it will go to WC and some indigenous causes.

The other good news is Yarran is playing for the All Stars. Great experience and exposure for him.

Agree Screamar, the bits they showed on the TV news didn't look like the joint was packed out, but given the reduced spectator area from the golden old days you'll never get near 20k again with that huge eastern bank gone due to the rec centre. Last time the place was packed out was when your beloved Garlics played their last home game there before moving to Sth Geraldton.
