Yes the all loving all generous Dockers and Eagles, will do nothing to further theor own ends or save a buck at the WAFL will they, you know the very same ones that forced the Host deal on us and will now syphon money back into their coffers via a dodgy media deal, why because funds from AFl house are drying up, if they can save $400,000.00 a year going forward they will.

I tend to think you are right Baz.
I find it absolutely absurd the WAFC are demanding that all clubs stump up $50k each for the TV deal to go ahead, WART & FART both have a sponsorship deal with the nominated network and will have the majority of their games televised ffs!
This farce from the WAFC on top of currently negotiating a reduced naming rights deal for Subiaco Oval when you would think it should be garnering a lot more media exposure for the last 3 years of it's existence, not being able to find a replacement sponsor for the WAFL, reducing WAFL clubs draft fees from $35k to $25k for no no reason whatsoever & wanting to ratify each clubs sponsorship details because they cant land a deal themselves!
And then after taking into consideration all of the above it is rumoured on here that the 2 WAFC top dogs are on $500k & $350k respectively to manage such a farce which is the equivalent of 4 WAFL clubs salary caps combined!

Dead right BH, all of the things you say are adding up and its not hard to see who is turning the screws on who and where the dough will end up, its a right royal shafting in the making and the WAFL presidents are walking right into it blind sided.

Baz, I think that the Presidents know all to well what is happening and much more that we do.

I suspect that they are privy to the 5 year plan and it will only come out when the bitch fight starts when EP/P become one and the other changes occur to reduce the WAFL to more (their opinion not mine) manageable league.

many of the things put forward on the site over the past years have actually started to hapen, moss street etc so who knows what is next.

i tend to agree with the comments by BH. Change required ASAP
