Well now it appears that once again a bad choice of friends have led Garlett astray....first it was bad influence of friends that led him to alcohol, cigarettes, party times, and the end of a WAFL career toward the AFL & now - wait for it ....
this time apparently not only away from AFL but into METH and away from the decent friends he managed to aquire - them he kept until he was able to steal from

Choosing to steal from these friends homes that he also chose to Break & Enter - choosing to buy & sell stolen goods to feed the new habit he had chosen to take up.

Now out again and Young Garlett wishes to reserect a football career he chose to leave - twice - with a belief he has another opportuntty to shine again and maybe get picked up........ REALLY

No matter the politically correct sooth sayers and the vocal manority about to take issue .... this young man fools past is a product of 'his making' and 'his denial' and failure to take ownership of

I for one would prefer his silent retreat to a self discovery path leading to a productive life out of the way of journo's/footy/lies/falshoods .... Not likely !!

I do agree. What better "choice" than living with luke Hodge, and having Cyril Rioi and Brad Hill around you for guidnance and inspiration, AFTER already screwing up once.

I prefer to focus my thoughts on people who deserve it, not this bloke.

What was laughable was the fact he was front page news. Given about 99.999999999999999999% of the state couldn't give a stuff about him, the West editors deemed it front page importance. I cleaned my barbeque hotplate with that page.

And funnily enough the back page that day was about the Milne Rape charge. What a great day for the code eh?

Just an interesting side line to the story I thought, seeing as that is where he said it started.

First of all he had a problem well before he went to Hawthorn so blaming the club for his problem is a massive cop out.
