McGinnity not alone as far as no heart for the occasion.

Dawson made the same mistake as last year going into a wet day top heavy. Forward line pressure from EP weak as p... not to mention how easily some of the Eagle wannabe's were beaten in contests all over the ground.

Last but not least. Josh Hill, a young East Perth player would have relished the opportunity today, instead this waste of space took the opportunity away. Complete waste of space.

Congrats to Subi. Great team effort rewarded on the day.

I thought I heard the ABC commentators say that the decision for Mcginnity to sit out the 2nd half was made by team management and not the player himself?

Just had a look at the Simpson Medal vote, it was very close between Bristow and Horsley. Basically 1 vote the difference and top votes from the umpires gave it to Bristow. Phelen was unanimously 3rd best and only 2 East Perth players got votes (Kyle Anderson and Brendan Lee)

Mcginnity is a low skilled footballer that relies on effort and toughness. it was obvious today that the eagles ordered him to stop playing to prevent any further damage to his finger, pathetic that a wafl grand final has been reduced to that.

Please stay.

Sucked in EP...I hope they walk as they should.

What an ordinary club and their supporters got what they deserve when they get off on watching local kids miss out for clowns like Josh Hill and Ash Smith

totally agree Bazza. Last year the weather was the same and about 19,000 attended.
The WAFC is going to use all the spin they can except the truth.
They have destroyed the WAFL.
