Well done DW. Looks like the signs are like portable ones. Being on the busy roadside will attract the attention of the people in the area for sure.

Yep... Will manoeuvre them around over coming weeks. The Bar across the road is a target audience also and I'm going to change up the message every week or so....if any one from this site wants to convey a message send it my way and I'll get it done...bear in mind there is only so much wording we can fit on these things...probably a bit busy with text this time around but wanted to plug Mike n Cams weekly podcast as a show of respect to those going outta their way to promote WAFL footy. Have your say on these signs if u want fellas, I'm all ears

Firstly appreciate all the strong support to our second WAFL Waffle podcast last night. Feedback across the board is strong which is very promising.

Secondly, DW a massive thankyou for giving us that promotion. Again it may only be little things, but with guys like you and guys like us, the WAFL has the right people behind it. Had to get a look for myself this afternoon and was able to kill two birds with one stones so cheers to your shop for taking care of my weekend. Appreciate the support and will be sure to give you a plug on our podcast next week. Thanks again and enjoy the weekend.

All sounds good there DW. Not sure how you're writing on the sign, but maybe add some differing colours to the message. I know that idea sounds plain but it would stand out more I think. Don't need to be extravagant or over the top. And yep, being able to move the signs from one spot to another is a good idea too. Just thought I'd put my 5c worth in.

Thanks 3C, if you can get some artwork to me of your choice & design I can get an AO poster printed up to fit the clipper frames on our front walls to advertise your show, when its on etc. Happy to do so. You can get our email address of the website and just attention it to DW. Constant alcohol price signs don't really do us justice for what I'm trying to achieve with the store in becoming an active & important part of the community promoting people such as yourself who give back. I love my WAFL footy and is reason enough to throw what support we can at it in some very nervous times for the future of our wonderful comp. Yeah we sell booze but as any of my regulars will tell you the shop is a little more than that. Your conversation is just as important as your business.. It's as much the locals place as it is ours, we are just the caretakers in reality...,old school type business some might say. And yes we talk footy a lot. First question we ask new employees is which footy team you support, those that fail the question by answering with an AFL team are given a second chance when we ask "and in the WAFL" ...generally this gets rid of the time wasters pretty quick.

Let me know if you want to proceed with the advert/poster idea...will cost us next to nothing as I'll just forward it in amongst the next lot I get printed...and finally please make yourself known if you drop by the shop again, love to have a chat and in the very least apply the old mates rate button...kudos on ur show too, great stuff

Agree, next set of pens will get more colours although I will avoid the yellow & blue ones, got no time for em, they fade out too quickly
