East could have beaten any side in the league or colts if they got in the finals.
The other teams would be glad they didn't get in. The reasons for not making it are debatable but the comment is true.

Not sure about that one Chopper, I would rather Swans be facing East Fremantle this week rather than East Perth. The Sharks had a chance to wrap up a spot in the top 4 last week at Bassendean last week and to be honest they weren't good enough and they deserve to be where they are IMO

A week is a long time in footy - Swans changed their form a few times this year from one game to another ??? They have the cattle but so does everyone in the finals. I feel It's an open contest and I think anyone can beat anyone on their day and although not in it this year I think the Sharks could have been a chance as finals footy is played just as much between the ears ? Your correct in one respect though as the scoreboard doen't lie and either does a ladder - you end up where you deserve to be and as a Subi supporter I know this to be very true !!!
