Am I right in saying that with the WAFL matches on 7plus, what is known as Streamer will NOT be used for League matches. Colts and WAFLW yes, but not League.

I could not find a link anywhere on AFL Website, EPFC Website or WAFL Website

Yes, Streamer for women's and colts, 21 league games on Seven/7mate with 7plus coverage for the rest of the league games.

"7plus Sport will become the exclusive home for all other WAFL games, including 76 league games, the WAFLW Grand Final and the WAFL Colts Grand Final.
Women’s WAFL and WAFL Colts will be broadcast exclusively on West Australian Newspapers’ community sports platform, Streamer, for the 2025 season."

Thanks G_C, I did read all 7's chestbeating information but silly me, I had no idea that 7plus would replace Streamer for the League matches only and not be as well as.
Obviously no-one at the station had the thought that maybe, just maybe, not everyone has 7plus.

Watched every game EF coming through no problems called in there as it close to home went home and then watched the end of the pulsating Claremont draw.
So let me get this right. A so called dyed in the wool SF supporter went and watched EF instead of traveling to Lathlain to watch your own team?

Lazy cheap skate.
I'm sure EF are looking forward to your $20 donation, in lieu of the entry fee when Perth play at Shark Park, given you're not a lazy cheap skate DD?

Be interesting to see how average crowd numbers compare at EF home games versus other WAFL grounds across the season and whether the lack of entry fee sees an increase in local families attending? The WAFL needs to engage with new younger supporters so maybe EF is onto something. Time will tell but what is for sure the WAFL can't just really on the ever  decreasing numbers of dithering dinosaurs, DD

I probably should donate 20 bucks when I visit Rotten Tomatoes Park TT all the way from the eastern suburbs of Midland to leafy western suburban grounds given you silver spoons have taken a massive hit in your super because the US President has had enough of freeloaders taking advantage of the USA. 😝

You can watch 7plus on a web browser, (as well as the 7plus app on a smart TV/phone of course) - 7plus.com.au/WAFL
It's a free service.
I just then tried it and started a replay of the SD vs WP game, and cast it to my TV, you may be able to cast it to a non-smart TV via Chromecast.

A lot of people don't have home NBN these days so you would chew up your mobile data in a hurry watching 7plus but 5G home WiFi unlimited you can get cheaper than NBN if you don't mind going without a home phone.

Wouldn't the same "mobile data issue" have happened with the streaming via the AFL/WAFL option?

7+ have all the games on the App on your TV

go to football and you will see all state leagues, click on that and you can watch the game in full or there are 8 minute highlights of each game.

Thanks again G_C, I am up and running and watching a replay of Saturday's win on my computer.
