FFS Strongbow don't crap on about fairness unless you want to include zones in that discussion. Otherwise, discussion over. Even the commission has acknowledged without mentioning the word zones, but it is implied, that Perth has struggled on field for a very long period of time and we ALL KNOW WHY.

Yeh aren't we so lucky to be kissed on the cock with the shittiest zones in the WAFL and given leniency for salary cap transgressions whilst given salary and points cap concessions so we can be compete for a short period of time. Farrrrk off numb nuts.

it offered up that the sanctions would undermine their own equalisation measures
and be a compromise
additionally Barich pleaded guilty which reduced the original penalty to a 3 game slap
which was then reduced to a suspended 2 game sanction plus the 5 cap points

note: the original penalty was high very bloody high as much as 4 games plus 15 cap points along with a big dollar fine which I believe has been almost halved to $25 000

kicker: next indiscretion sees no Perth FC in the comp
