Potentially 4 teams in 3 years- competition is a joke! Penalties need to change

Cant blame any club for pushing the limits on caps etc given the 8 traditional teams have to try and compete with a team that pays a fraction of what the 8 real clubs have to pay for players and coaching staff and have access to fully professional fulltime athletes and an AFL clubs fitness and recovery facilities.

I am no accountant, but the rules and stipulations must be onerous to say the least. I remember Barra on the Radio around last December saying Perth had been afforded extra points and salary cap - but they were being extremely careful with how they are spending it. So careful that they even had the WAFC go over the books before they signed off on anything. Not good enough from the WAFC for mine.
