Word has it that the WAFC is in discussion with government. WAFL players will be tax exempt on the first $500.00 they earn per game. I believe that amateur players elevated into the WAFl don’t pay tax on the first $400.00 paid because it’s classified as a hobby. If I took on a second job washing dishes at the local restaurant I would be taxed at the marginal rate. Anybody know more.
