Yeah Out on the full is counted nowadays. Used to be separate, not anymore. Yeah holding the ball is a free kick.

Just an update to this tally LH ..SF 22 frees to the obviously second to the ball every week SD 15 frees today ..and thats despite Swans winning by nearly 10 goals, having almost double the scoring shots & having 120 more possesions than SF!!

I saw the scoreboard when I walked , I thought it was a mistake 7 points for a whole game...wtf....?
