McQueen can possibly count himself a bit unlucky. As they say, there can only be one winner.

In most cases it goes to the the minor premiers coach and or the Flag winners coach, lets not forget that Peelmantle coach, the one and only Coach of the Century who won that accolade for coaching a flag winning team with 16/17 fulltime professionals against a comp made up of part timers.
