Just a heads up for all the Footy Goss and Oz Footy stalwarts....the great story teller of WAFL footy  Ooslumbird, has sadly passed away after a long battle with illness. Great fella our Oos, loved his stories of past WAFL champs. Had the privilege of spending time with Ooos when ever I went to Melbourne. Loved a beer, loved a punt, passionate SF and WAFL fan, moved to Melbourne to be closer to his wife's family and his son's family.

Rest in peace mate, thanks for the stories and memories.

Condolences to Ron and his family. He checked out here a year or two back with a farewell message. All his stories are still here if anyone wants to print them off.

Got a FB notification telling me, that the great man Ooos would of been celebrating his 75th birthday yesterday. Happy Birthday mate....would of loved that derby win the other day by SF....
