Have the following clubs ever made the final 'four/five' together:

Sd

The closest seems to be 1970-- the monts just missed the 'four'; SD managed last.

I am not sure they have AR.
Maybe 1974 was the closest for Top 4 with P, SD & SU all playing finals.
Whilst in 1991 CL, SU, SD & P all made the Top 5.

BH; in 1991, SF also avoided the 'wooden spoon', making it the best performance of the five clubs in the league.

Top 5 in 1991 as BH said 4/5 finals spots were filled by C, S, SD & P.  They did hold the top 4 spots before and after finals after Perth knocked out 5th placed EP in Elimination Final

And 2005 which is the only time 4/5 of the teams mentioned made up the entire finals series
